Online Auction: Help Haiti with Blood Brothers

Hi Folks,

Here we are again but this time you can do a marvelous thing for Haiti by taking part in a charity auction that will run throughout March.  The auction is brought to us by Blood Brothers The Musical and it’s current leading lady Melanie C.

Here’s the press release… well the website release. I may have tinkered with it a little. lol

We are pleased to announce that thanks to Melanie C and the cast of Blood Brothers, we will be holding a series of special auctions throughout March to help raise money for the people of Haiti following the earthquake disaster.

• Lot One will be a pair of tickets to see Blood Brothersin London and after you’ve enjoyed the show you’ll be invited backstage for a meet and greet with Melanie C. (March 1st to March 8th)
• Lot Two will feature two promotional posters, signed by the entire West End Cast of Blood Brothers.  A unique and impressive piece of the shows history. (March 9th to March 16th)
• Lot Three there will be five signed Blood Brothers show programmes under the hammer, once again signed by Melanie Cand the entire cast.  A beautiful keepsake from Melanie’s time in the production. (March 17th to March 24th)
• Lot Four, the final lot (and the most special in this bloggers opinion) will be the sheet music from the moving finale piece Tell Me It’s Not True, framed and signed by Melanie C.

Please bid what you can to help the people of Haiti rebuild their homes and their lives.  Keep up to date with the auctions on Melanie’s Official Facebook, MySpace and Twitter pages.

The Auctions start on March 1st from 19:00 onwards.  If I had enough in my account this month I’d be casting on all the lots.  I’d love to see backstage at a show, I’d also love one of the limited promotional posters but the sheet music would be VERY special indeed.

Melanie and the cast are really spoiling fans of the west end on well… her fans too.  I have a feeling one or two lots will go for CRAZY prices!
